Trout, Gloria Deanna (nee Stewart)

With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Gloria with family by her side at St. Peter’s Hospital. Dearly loved mother of David (Tammy), Debbie (Gary) and Tracey Lamb (Mike). Proud Nana of Wesley (Kathleen), Kinzi (Ryan), Zane (Jessica), Karley, Jorey and Makenna and Great Nanny to Kiera, Damien, Justin, Alaric and Liliana. She will be missed by her brother Robert (Anna), and sisters Marlene (Greg) and Peggy (Don). Daughter of the late Roger and Winifred Stewart and predeceased by siblings Larry, Earl and Linda. Sister-in-law and friend to Joanie Culnane, Jim Cluckie, Ed and Mary Trout and the late John and Lorraine Campbell. Remembered fondly by Bill Trout.

Gloria was an avid reader, movie buff, dancer, bowler and card player. She was a dedicated spectator at her grandchildren’s dance recitals and hockey games, and eagerly updated her ‘book of notes’ as they grew. As a social butterfly, she enjoyed family gatherings and game nights where she evoked laughter and created warm memories. She was also an enthusiastic foodie with a passion for hosting and desserts. More recently, she learned to create beautiful diamond artwork that she gifted to friends and family, which will be admired and cherished.
