How Cremation Arrangements Work

From your first contact to receiving the estate package - here’s what to expect at every stage.

Begin Arrangements Online or By Phone

Choose your cremation package and complete a short form with your contact details and information about the deceased. Complete everything online or by phone at (905) 512-5799 - whichever you prefer.

We Coordinate Transportation

Once arrangements are confirmed, we arrange dignified transportation of your loved one from the place of passing. Transfer within 50 km is included in the package.

Documentation & Permits

We handle all required paperwork, including death registration with the province, obtaining necessary permits and certificates, and coordinating with the coroner’s office.

ID Photo & Verification

A photo identification that is completed as part of the process to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Cremation

Your loved one is treated with care and respect throughout the cremation process. We ensure all regulatory and ethical standards are met.

Cremated Remains Returned + Estate Package

Cremated remains are respectfully returned in a temporary container (or your chosen urn). You’ll also receive a complete estate package including proof of death certificates, CPP applications, SIN cancellation, and a checklist to help settle the estate.
