It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Ottilie Lilly White (nee Amtmann), aged 75, on December 30, 2024 after a courageous battle with Ovarian Cancer.

After high school, she worked as an au pair in Paris, France and Washington, DC, before immigrating to Kitchener, Ontario, Canada in 1970. After serving as a bartender and waitress for several years, Lilly eventually returned to school and went on to work as a Personal Support Worker which quickly became a career she loved deeply.

While her journey was complex and her impact varied, her faith was an integral part of her life that shaped her relationships and the way she navigated the world. We remember her as a multifaceted person, whose legacy will be reflected in the diverse stories and experiences of those she touched.
